The LaingBuisson data team maintains an SQL data warehouse with a wide range of datasets from multiple markets, curating the data by collecting, cleansing it and linking it. Sources include public sources, Freedom of Information requests and APIs as well as original research from surveys and our own time series of data built up over many years.
Our tools enable clients to analyse the data, present it visually in dashboards and charts and export it to combine it with their own data. We can offer APIs to integrate with client’s own systems and proprietary data.
QUALITY BENCHMARKING
Real-time information on the CQC’s Fundamental Standards of Quality and Safety with analysis of care home performance in real-time, for marketing, planning, benchmarking and strategy, combining accurate information with flexible searches and exportable data. CareMonitor allows granular data searches using over 20 fields (including owner, sector, council, size of home, client type, etc) with further analysis facilitated by Excel. This enables you to see how care services are performing against the average and against one another, and customised searches can be downloaded directly to your own reports and presentations. It is linked in real-time to the CQC and other public databases as well as LaingBuisson’s database so it is always the most up to date and accurate, and is checked and verified by data analysts who constantly cleanse the data.
